The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to provide the funds necessary for the construction of at least 2 layers of reinforced fencing, the installtion of additional physical barrier, roads, lighting, cameras, and sensors pursuant to section 102(b)(1) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1986 and make adjustments in such other accounts in the ibll as may by necessary to comply with the Subcommittee's 302(b) allocations.
